Clinch Nuts

Self clinching nuts are engineered fasteners designed to provide strong, permanent threads in thin sheet metal where conventional tapping or welding is impractical. Installed by applying pressure into a properly sized hole, these nuts mechanically interlock with the base material, creating a flush, vibration-resistant, and load-bearing internal thread.

Ideal for applications involving steel, stainless steel, or aluminium sheets, self clinching nuts are widely used in electrical enclosures, control panels, automotive components, HVAC systems, and general industrial fabrication. Once installed, they become an integral part of the panel, eliminating the need for loose hardware and enabling faster, more reliable assembly.

Available in a wide range of thread sizes, materials, finishes, and clinch styles, self clinching nuts offer excellent pull-out resistance, torque resistance, and long-term durability—making them a preferred choice for high-volume production and precision sheet-metal assemblies.
