Orders and Payments
By placing an order with Imadi Fastech, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. All orders are subject to availability. Payments can be made via accepted payment methods, and products will be shipped upon successful payment confirmation.

Site Information, product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Actual products may slightly vary in colour, texture, or appearance due to natural materials and manufacturing processes.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Imadi Fastech is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred due to delivery delays.
Returns, exchanges and refund
Return will be allowed only if the item is defective/damaged or you have received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@imadifastech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. You can always contact us for any return question at support@imadifastech.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will get in touch with you to initiate the refund.
