While we make every effort to keep products in stock, their availability can fluctuate and some items may be delayed due to backorders, production or supply chain disruptions.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing.

We use secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways and do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon dispatch from our facility unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Returns are allowed only if the item is faulty or not as ordered. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Custom-made products can't be cancelled or returned unless they're defective.

7. Product Use & Warranty

Products are intended for industrial or professional use and must be installed or operated in accordance with applicable regulations and manufacturer instructions. Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be as provided by the manufacturer.

We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imadi Fastech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of production, downtime, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
